1-3 is the second level of World 1 and the 35th level of Braid.

Description

The level contains a cannon firing monstars into a pit in the top left, a cannon doing nothing over some platforms in the top right, a ladder to the platforms in the top right, and a door in the very top right. The monstars are going backwards through time from the bottom of the screen to the pit to the cannon.
